Personally, I have a nook and a Kindle Fire, but now concentrate only on the Kindle for convenience (and keeping track of my blog and emails while away from the Mac – Nook is more difficult to use for that).

Jack, I’ve recently heard from another blogger’s post that there is a lot of book piracy from Smashwords. Can you confirm this? Is this a problem to be considered?
