  1. I agree with the author, Jack. The simple answer is, ‘No’. But it’s a great way to engage and interact with potential readers. It’s perhaps too busy and congested to really work as a sales platform, much like all the other social networks. That, at least, is my experience of Twitter, for what it’s worth.

  2. Good post. Just reminds us that all a writer needs is a great book, patience, longsuffering, patience, tenacity, patience . . . you get the picture. And it doesn’t matter whether you self-pub or are a mainstreamer, a great book is still the most important requirement.
